Bella Pacheco

Trainer | Frozen Ropes 307

Bella Pacheco brings over 11 years of softball experience as a player, teammate, leader, and coach. She began her softball career with the Laramie Lightning travel program, competing from ages 8 through 18 while also playing varsity softball for Laramie High School from her sophomore through senior seasons. As a senior, Bella served as team captain before continuing her career collegiately as a pitcher and middle infielder at Western Nebraska Community College.

Bella specializes in pitching instruction and is passionate about helping athletes understand both the mechanics and the purpose behind every movement. Her goal is to break pitching down into simple, manageable concepts that allow athletes to build confidence, improve consistency, and make adjustments on their own.

In addition to mechanics, Bella places a strong emphasis on the mental side of the game. She works with athletes to develop confidence, resilience, positive self-talk, and the ability to overcome challenges both on and off the field. Bella believes sports are about more than performance—they are an opportunity to build discipline, character, and self-confidence that extends far beyond softball.

Her coaching style creates an environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and empowered as they grow into both stronger pitchers and confident young women.
