Maddie Doser brings over 13 years of competitive softball experience to Frozen Ropes 307. A standout catcher and third baseman, Maddie built a reputation as a powerful hitter with a strong understanding of the offensive side of the game.

Maddie spent the majority of her playing career competing in Laramie before joining WYCO for her final three seasons. During that time, her team captured the 2024 Wyoming State Championship, showcasing her ability to perform and contribute at a high level in competitive environments.

As a four-year varsity player for Laramie High School, Maddie earned First Team All-State honors and established herself as one of the area’s top offensive threats. During her high school career, she totaled 15 home runs, demonstrating the power, consistency, and work ethic that made her a difference-maker in the lineup. She was also a key member of the 2025 Laramie High School team that won the Regional Championship.

Maddie specializes in hitting instruction and enjoys helping athletes develop confidence at the plate, improve their swing mechanics, generate more power, and become more consistent hitters. Her goal is to create a positive learning environment where players can build skills, gain confidence, and take their game to the next level.
