Ben Ruckman is a former collegiate pitcher and Exercise Science major with experience at multiple levels of competitive baseball. Ben played four years of varsity baseball for the Laramie Rangers Post 14, earning All-State honors twice and receiving a Player of the Year nomination during his career.
Following high school, he spent two seasons at Scottsdale Community College, where he competed as both a pitcher and hitter before transferring to the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. At UCCS, Ben pitched for two seasons and served as one of the team's closers, competing against top NCAA Division II competition.
With a background in Exercise Science and years of experience developing as a pitcher, Ben combines evidence-based training principles with firsthand knowledge of what it takes to improve velocity, command, pitching mechanics, arm care, and overall performance. While pitching instruction is his primary specialty, he also provides hitting instruction and player development training.
