Trainer | Frozen Ropes 307

Harrison Yates is a Laramie native and former collegiate baseball player who brings a wealth of playing experience and a passion for athlete development to Frozen Ropes 307. A 2016 graduate of Laramie High School, Harrison developed into one of the area’s top baseball players through years of dedication, hard work, and competitive play.

During his time with the Laramie Rangers program, Harrison played three varsity seasons, primarily as a center fielder, third baseman, and pitcher. His performance on the field earned him both Second Team All-State and First Team All-State honors during his junior and senior seasons, recognizing him as one of Wyoming’s premier high school players.

Following high school, Harrison continued his baseball career at Western Nebraska Community College, where he spent three years competing as an outfielder against high-level collegiate competition. His experience playing multiple positions throughout his career gives him a unique understanding of the game and enables him to connect with athletes from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.

Harrison specializes in hitting, outfield development, and pitching instruction, helping athletes improve their swing mechanics, defensive skills, throwing efficiency, and overall baseball IQ. He believes in developing complete athletes through quality repetitions, sound fundamentals, and a disciplined approach to training.

Away from the baseball field, Harrison remains heavily involved in strength and conditioning, continually expanding his knowledge of athletic performance and pursuing further education in strength and conditioning coaching. By combining his baseball experience with performance-based training principles, Harrison helps athletes become stronger, more explosive, and better prepared to compete at their highest level.

His goal is to help players build confidence, develop efficient mechanics, and create habits that lead to long-term success both on and off the field.
